While Tom Brady’s battle against the NFL and Samsung smartphones continues to play out like a potential world war, a story in The New York Post turned all eyes to Gisele.
Page Six reports that Bündchen and her sister were spotted on July 15 hiding “under traditional Muslim wear’’ so “they could get secret plastic surgery in Paris.’’ The publication writes that it was a “cloak-and-dagger mission’’—so she could enter the building unnoticed—but was a “dead giveaway’’ due to Muslim women being forbidden to wear open-toed shoes. The burqa has been banned in France since 2010.
The Post reports Bündchen was taken back to her hotel in Paris, then to a recovery spa for for five days, according to Page Six. The following Friday, Bündchen was spotted at Charles de Gaulle Airport on her way back to the U.S.
Bündchen’s representatives have not immediately responded to a request for comment.
