Kelly Clarkson Gives Birth to Daughter

Kelly Clarkson’s husband, Brandon Blackstock, celebrated Father’s Day in a special way this year. The pair welcomed their first child together on June 12, just three days before the patriarchal holiday.

The first “American Idol’’ announced the birth of the couple’s daughter, River Rose Blackstock, on Twitter.

This is Clarkson’s first child and Blackstock’s third. He is also the father of two children, Savannah and Seth, from a previous marriage.

The pair wed at Blackberry Farms in Walland, Tenn. in Oct., 2013.
