Walters’ image joins a dragon, lizard, and piranha as tattoos on the body of Liz Dodd of New Orleans.
“I’m probably the first woman to get a Barbara Walters tattoo,’’ Dodd told the New Orleans ABC affiliate. “She was a pioneer for women all over the world. Now I’m a pioneer too.’’
Walters, for her part, gathered with other prominent newswomen on the set of “The View,’’ the show she has anchored for the last 17 years, to celebrate her longlasting career.
