, Boston Ballet’s annual marquee show, has a new ballet master: Miranda Weese, a former principal in the New York Ballet’s production of the holiday classic. Despite a change in leadership, audiences can expect the same classic show that’s been wowing Boston audiences for decades.

On Friday, we stopped by the Boston Opera House for a chat with Kathleen Breen Combes, The Nutcracker‘s principal dancer, and a sneak peek at the ballet’s dress rehearsal before its opening show Friday night at 7:30 p.m.
