Humans aren’t the only ones who can enjoy a summer day relaxing on Boston Common.

Though postponed one day because of inclement weather, the city’s first “Caturday” event brought droves of felines and their enthusiasts out to the park to bask in the sun and attention. Owners were instructed to bring their cats with leashes, strollers, or carriers.

In case you missed it or can’t wait to go again, the organizers plan to continue Caturday on the Common every first Saturday of the month. See all the upcoming events around the country on the Caturday Facebook page.
