It’s almost time to say goodbye to another dreary winter.

The spring equinox kicks off Tuesday, which means that warmer weather is on its way into Boston. This also signifies springtime activities in Boston opening back up, from the Swan Boat rides in the public garden to ballgames at Fenway Park.

One of the most exciting parts about spring is watching plants and flowers return to life.

Boston is home to many green spaces and gardens, where fresh blooms will begin to spring up in the coming weeks, from cherry blossoms to tulips.

We want to know: Where would you recommend seeing the best spring blooms in and around Boston? What are some of the most beautiful plants at that place? Are the flowers the destination in and of itself or a backdrop on the way to another fun activity?
