This spring has brought about the return of many outdoor farmers’ markets, the perfect place to stock up on locally-sourced goods. At locations around Boston, you can pick up healthy and affordable produce, as well as baked goods, ready to eat meals, and a variety of products, like coffee or chocolate.

Many farmers’ markets accept the Health Incentives Program and the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP or food stamps) benefits on an Electronic Benefit Transfer card.

This year, we’re seeing the return of Egleston Farmers’ Market in Jamaica Plain, which previously closed during the pandemic, and a brand new addition with the Seaport Summer Market.
