The blizzard brought high winds and power outages, and dropped more than 3 feet of snow on areas of New England, affecting car, air, and train travel. Gov. Maura Healey issued a travel ban for the south coast of Massachusetts, nearly 1,000 flights were cancelled at Logan Airport and Amtrak suspended service between Boston and New York.
