Snow is expected to hit Greater Boston hard this winter. Meteorologists at WBZ News say the region could see “some potentially significant winter weather,” with 55 to 65 inches of snow this year. The Farmers’ Almanac called for “frequent snowstorms in New England” — good for snow lovers, less so for anyone stuck shoveling.

To help readers avoid the familiar scramble, Boston.com is refreshing its list of trusted, reader-submitted snow removal services.

We want your help: Do you have a go-to snow removal company? Do you or someone you know offer shoveling or plowing services? Share your recommendations, and we’ll update our guide for the 2025-2026 winter season.
