Name: Sarah Cormier
Ages: 39
From: Northborough

One of my best friends, Lori, passed away at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in April 2021 after a battle with neuroendocrine cancer. She spoke so highly of her team at Beth Israel. Right up until the end she talked about wanting to get stronger again so she could raise money for their amazing work through this marathon team.

Lori got me into running when I was struggling with my own health in 2014, and I am running this year in Lori’s memory, to help give back to the team who took such loving care of her.
