Name: Rebecca Rokne
Age: 24
From: Douglas

I am running the 2024 Boston Marathon for the Multiple Myeloma Research Foundation, in honor of my late grandfather, William Russell.

When I lost my grandfather when I was in high school, I naively vowed that I would help find the cure of the cancer that took him away from me.

Little did I know, that by raising funds for the MMRF, I might be able to make that goal come to fruition.
