I could not be more excited to be running in the 130th Boston Marathon representing the Youth Advocacy Foundation!
Running the Boston Marathon has always been one of my biggest dreams. This race holds a special place in my heart — not only because of its history and challenge, but because it’s part of my own family’s story. My great-grandfather ran the Boston Marathon in 1920 and finished 16th, and I’ve always been inspired to follow in his footsteps, both literally and figuratively. In 2026, I’m proud to honor his legacy by running Boston — this time for a cause that’s bigger than myself.
I’m running to raise funds and awareness for the Youth Advocacy Foundation (YAF), an organization dedicated to protecting and empowering young people who face systemic barriers and hardships. YAF’s work ensures that every youth has access to legal support, educational advocacy, and the chance to rewrite their story. For me, each mile represents more than just training or endurance— it’s a commitment to creating opportunities, fairness, and hope for the next generation!
