A. In many cars, the antenna is embedded in the windshield. If this is the case in your car, the issue could be that the windshield installer didn’t properly connect things. As a general rule, whenever something stops working, always look at previously performed work. I have seen many times where a technician didn’t check or fully complete the job they were working on, so checking over previous work is a good basic diagnostic routine.
