Khari Thompson

Khari Thompson is a sports writer for Boston.com. Prior to joining the team in 2021, he worked as a producer for Morning Edition at WBUR, one of Boston's NPR stations. He got his start in media writing about Chicago sports, has covered Chicago Bears training camp, and has worked as a sports data analyst and sports reporter for the South Bend Tribune. In a past life, he studied dinosaur paleontology at the University of Chicago and dug up a Stegosaurus or two in Wyoming. Khari enjoys playing all the sports, eating Puerto Rican food, and listening to "The Lord of the Rings" on audio book.
