Gia is a senior writer at The B-Side, a weekday newsletter for young Bostonians. She covers a wide variety of hyperlocal stories, from Beacon Hill to Boston’s bagel scene to Gov. Maura Healey’s Spotify Wrapped.
Gia joined B-Side in 2023 after graduating from Wheaton College with a degree in philosophy. Before that, she was a correspondent for The Boston Globe and The Sun Chronicle, and an intern-turned-associate producer for GBH’s Boston Public Radio.
When she’s not writing newsletters, she loves to run, sit in cafes, read, and obsess over pop culture.
